A 100m² ruined house inside the village of Kefalas
This beautiful house is single storey and consists of 4 spaces. It is stone-built and the roof (where it exists) has ceramic tiles. There are magnificent undamaged stone arches, an old wine press and several other elements of Cretan traditional architecture. The building needs extensive renovation but it can be turned into a blissful family holiday home or a rental villa.
Kefalas is a lovely traditional village located on a hill, 38km from Chania. The village has all the basic amenities such as a supermarket and tavernas. The closest beach is the majestic Ombrogialos, which is just 5km away.
